General FAQ

What is the difference between curated and unvetted projects on Fjord?

Curated projects have undergone a review process by third-party curators and are prominently featured within our platform's interface. Unvetted projects are directly indexed from the blockchain and come with additional risk warnings. Participants are required to acknowledge these risks before engaging with unvetted sales.

Yes, through the LI.FI integration, you can use any liquid token from any EVM chain to participate in sales.

Is there a fee?

Yes, there is a 2% swap fee for participants who buy into the pools.

Why can't I see the tokens in my wallet after purchasing them on Fjord?

Purchased tokens may not appear immediately in your wallet because of the claim feature. For more details, read about the token and LP lock.

What are the risks?

Buying into any digital asset carries risks and tokens may go to 0. Always do your own research (DYOR) before participating.

How do I know if a project is legitimate?

We strongly recommend conducting your own research. Look into the project's team, whitepaper, community, and any available audits. Even projects with a launch partner should be carefully evaluated.

Are there any participation limits?

Participation limits, such as wallet limits or minimum/maximum purchase amounts, are determined by the project and will be detailed in the sale information.
